Our all inclusive wedding package
The average bride spends between 200 and 300 hours planning their wedding. This time spent planning is part of the overall experience leading up to your wedding day. The excitement of choosing your wedding dress - scrolling through decoration inspirations - deciding on the perfect bouquet - the song you will walk down the aisle to, all these details (and so much more!) are just a fraction of what goes into the vision of what you want your wedding day to be.
When choosing your venue and vendors, think of the time you will spend corresponding and meeting with them. Do you want a venue that simply gives you the space from time A to B and the daunting task of decorating and displaying everything on your own?
4T Arena has created a wedding package that includes more than the day of your wedding, we are there in the beginning to help you plan all the details leading up to your wedding day. We want you to enjoy from when you said "Yes" to when you say "I Do".
Below is our detailed wedding package created to make your wedding and planning a complete experience!
4T Arena Wedding Package information
Planning
Your package includes two - 30 minute planning meetings. The first meeting is set within the first month of booking, covering planning forms and what information we will need. The second meeting is scheduled 30 days prior to your wedding date to collect all the information ensuring we have all the details needed in order to coordinate your wedding day.
Would you like more than one hour of planning with Mary Ann? We recommend the full planning package. Planning a wedding can be stressful, however hiring a wedding planner with years of experience can make itfun and exciting! Mary Ann offers a full planning package alleviating the stress of all that planning a wedding can entail. From vendors to decor to finalizing details of the ceremony and day of itinerary, Mary Ann assists in making your ideas become a reality on your wedding day! Venue & Accessibility
4T Arena's indoor venue is over 14,000 square feet allowing for room for guest seating, dance area and any displays (desserts, favors, etc.) as well as vendors including DJ, band, bar area, photo booth and more!
Are you considering an outdoor ceremony? 4T Arena can accommodate you
with the option of an indoor ceremony should Mother Nature not cooperate.
Your wedding, your weekend! Access to 4T Arena:
- Friday Noon to 6:00 pm to decorate and for your rehearsal.
- Saturday 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm for your ceremony and reception. Vendors have access at 10:00 am for set up. All guests exit by 10:00 pm and vendors exit by 10:30 pm.
- Sunday noon - 1:00 pm to pick up your personal items. We take care of all the clean up!
Day of Coordinator
Your day of coordinator is included in your wedding package! They will be there Friday to assist in running your ceremony rehearsal and Saturday to ensure your planned itinerary is followed and the smallest details are taken care of. From meeting with vendors to ensure they are set up and ready to finalizing your dessert display, your day of coordinator is there.
This will allow you to relax and enjoy your wedding day!

Decorations
Our package includes access to our decorations, the majority can be seen in our photos and videos on our social media sites. They include but are not limited to:
Lanterns, table numbers, wooden round table centerpieces, chalkboard signs, card boxes, crates, barrels, and so much more! You can use as many items as you like and incorporate your own decor as well! We also offer decorating services and floral packages as an add on service for our clients.

Catered Meal
This isn’t the same chicken-and-green-beans everyone else serves.
4T Arena offers in-house catering, and it’s one of the things we’re most proud of.
Jeff Tucker smokes our meats on-site, and we put real time and care into every meal—
because wedding food shouldn’t feel like an afterthought.
In this package your guests will be served:
- Smoked pulled pork
- Smoked split chicken breast
- Choice of three sides
- Veggie trays as appetizers *charcuterie boards available as an upgrade appetizer option.
- Iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and water
Other menu choices are available (including brisket, prime rib, chicken alfredo, rigatoni & meatballs, and more). We’re happy to help you build a menu that fits your vibe—not a cookie-cutter one.
Seating
Guest seating includes 60” round tables that comfortably seat 8 guests each. We also offer six farmhouse tables, seating 8 guests each. Our floor-length linens are light ivory.
We also provide a variety of additional tables to accommodate displays, gifts, and specialty set-ups.
Outdoor Ceremony
We offer a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, with our indoor space available as a weather back-up if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate.
Please note: An additional set up fee and seating rental applies for outdoor ceremonies. You may decide to use the outdoor ceremony site up until the Monday prior to your wedding based on the forecast. If you choose to hold your ceremony indoors, there is no additional ceremony fee.
Engagement Photos
As a 4T Arena couple, you have access to our property for engagement photos. Bring the photographer you love and take advantage of the beautiful scenery around the venue. Bonus: if your photographer hasn’t worked here before, this is the perfect chance for them to get familiar with the layout and start planning photo locations for your wedding day.
