Our all inclusive wedding package
The average bride spends between 200 and 300 hours planning their wedding. This time spent planning is part of the overall experience leading up to your wedding day. The excitement of choosing your wedding dress - scrolling through decoration inspirations - deciding on the perfect bouquet - the song you will walk down the aisle to, all these details (and so much more!) are just a fraction of what goes into the vision of what you want your wedding day to be.
When choosing your venue and vendors, think of the time you will spend corresponding and meeting with them. Do you want a venue that simply gives you the space from time A to B and the daunting task of decorating and displaying everything on your own?
4T Arena has created a wedding package that includes more than the day of your wedding, we are there in the beginning to help you plan all the details leading up to your wedding day. We want you to enjoy from when you said "Yes" to when you say "I Do".

Planning
Mary Ann is available throughout your wedding planning to assist in all aspects that go into your wedding day. Itinerary, decor, vendor selection and more. Planning your wedding should be an exciting time and we are here to alleviate the stress and help you enjoy the planning process! Are you an out of town/state bride? No worries! Mary Ann has experience with clients that do all of their planning from out of town. She assists with finding vendors, planning details and coordinating with local hotels for out of town guests.

Venue & Times
4T Arena's indoor venue is over 14,000 square feet allowing for room for guest seating, dance area and any displays (desserts, favors, etc.) as well as vendors including DJ, band, bar area, photo booth and more!
Are you considering an outdoor ceremony? 4T Arena can accommodate you
with the option of an indoor ceremony should Mother Nature not cooperate.
Your wedding, your weekend! Access to 4T Arena:
- Friday to decorate and for your rehearsal.
- Saturday for your ceremony and reception.
- Sunday time allotted to pick up your personal items. We take care of all the clean up!
Day of Coordinator
Your day of coordinator is included in your wedding package! They will be there Friday to assist in running your ceremony rehearsal and Saturday to ensure your planned itinerary is followed and the smallest details are taken care of. From meeting with vendors to ensure they are set up and ready to finalizing your dessert display, your day of coordinator is there.
This will allow you to relax and enjoy your wedding day!

Decorations
Our package includes access to our decorations, the majority can be seen in our photos and videos on our social media sites. They include but are not limited to:
Lanterns, table numbers, wooden round table centerpieces, chalkboard signs, card boxes, various jars, dessert platters, crates, barrels, and so much more!
We also offer custom made signs, invitation/programs, flower packages and cakes!

You can use as many items as you like and incorporate your own decor as well!
Catered Meal
Your package includes your meal. Your guests will be served:
Smoked pulled pork, smoked split chicken breast, your choice of three sides, ice tea,
lemonade, coffee and water along with veggie trays as appetizers.
*Other menu choices are available including brisket, prime rib, chicken Alfredo,
rigatoni and meatballs, as well as other options.
